1. NON-REFUNDABLE DIGITAL TRAVEL PLANS

a. Individual Creation: Intuitive Travel Plans and Cosmic Travel Plans are customized and created individually based on each client's unique preferences, requirements, and insights.

b. Non-Transferable: Due to the personalized nature of these digital travel plans, once created, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

c. No Guarantee: While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, MapCipherKey does not guarantee specific outcomes or experiences resulting from the implementation of the Intuitive Travel Plans or Cosmic Travel Plans.

2. REQUEST FOR REFUND

a. Inapplicability: Refund requests for digital travel plans will not be considered.

b. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the planning process. Any errors or omissions in the information provided may affect the outcome of the digital travel plans.

3. MODIFICATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

a. Adjustments to Travel Plans: MapCipherKey understands that travel plans may need adjustments. Clients can contact us to discuss modifications to their digital travel plans as long as the travel plans have not been sent to the customer and pending MapCipherKey’s availability and ability to accommodate the adjustments.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

a. Consideration: In exceptional circumstances, MapCipherKey may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests. These circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

b. Communication: Clients must communicate any exceptional circumstances promptly to mapcipherkey@gmail.com for review.

Refund and Cancellation Policy - Quantum Hypnosis

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

a. Full Payment: Full payment is required upon booking a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

a. 72-Hour Notice: Clients who need to cancel their appointment must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to qualify for a full refund.

b. Less than 72 Hours: If an appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be retained.

3. RESCHEDULING

a. Rescheduling Window: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty anytime before the session.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

a. Failure to Attend: If a client fails to attend the scheduled Quantum Healing Hypnosis session without providing prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESS

a. Refund Eligibility: Full Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

b. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
